Pallet Deliveries
Pallet Metreage Varies
Our pallet deliveries are tailored to your specific needs. The metreage of each pallet depends on the type and quantity of tiles you’ve ordered. Rest assured that we optimize pallet sizes to minimize waste and ensure efficient transportation.
Delivery Schedule
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Kerbside Delivery
When your pallet arrives, our courteous driver will leave it ‘kerbside’—at the nearest accessible location outside your property. Please note the following:
- The pallet truck cannot traverse grass, gravel, or steps.
- The driver won’t be able to assist you in carrying the goods into your property.
Delivery Restrictions

Be Available on Delivery Day
To avoid re-delivery charges, make sure someone is present at the delivery address on your chosen day. Our tile boxes can weigh over 30 kg each, so having assistance ready is advisable.
Signing for Deliveries
All deliveries must be signed for. Upon receipt, carefully inspect the goods. If you notice any shortages, damages, or discrepancies, please detail them on the delivery note and report them within 24 hours.
